The design of the original R1 razor was inspired by the distinctive front wing of the 1960s AC Cobra, its shape and movement. The colours chosen for the R1-S, the ‘S’ relating to the sports element, were influenced by legendary sports cars and their iconic colour range.

The Gillette Mach3 head features a long lasting lubrastrip to enhance razor glide and indicate when the cartridge head needs changing. Each head contains three sharp blades in order to achieve a particularly close and comfortable shave.

The only replaceable cartridge blade heads that can be used with this product are the official Gillette Mach3 Cartridge Blades.
